4. Revisions
Revisions may extend delivery timelines. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.
5. Refund Policy (Revised)
We offer a 30-day limited money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

- Major defects not resolved within 72 hours
- Service significantly different from description

- Client delays or incomplete input
- Subjective dissatisfaction
- Completed services within agreed scope
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- It may take up to 30 business days to reflect depending on the bank/payment provider
7. Refund Review & Dispute Process
All refund requests follow a standard process:

- Internal review (scope, delivery, communication)
- Attempt resolution (revision/fix)
- Final decision based on policy
Chargebacks without contacting support may result in service suspension.
8. Cancellation Policy

All materials remain company property until full payment is received.

- Hosting & analytics services
We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Total liability is limited to $1,000. We are not liable for indirect damages.
12. Prohibited Use
Misuse of services or violation of laws may result in termination.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
